The Experience
Mia’s Cookie Blueprint is more than just a recipe. It’s a 5-page digital guide built from years of experimenting, failed batches, bakery drops, customer feedback, and everything we’ve learned while developing Mia’s Panaderia cookies.
Inside, you’ll get our foundational Classic Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe along with a breakdown of the techniques and ingredients that can change the texture, thickness, spread, and flavor of your cookies.
Inside the Blueprint:
• Our full Classic Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe
• Ingredient measurements in grams and cups
• Our 150g bakery-style cookie portioning method
• Understanding fats and how they affect your cookies
• The role of liquids, flour and leavening agents
• Tips for choosing and adding mix-ins
• Portioning, chilling and baking guidance
• How to make cookies chewier, crispier, thicker or spread more
• Tips to help you start experimenting and creating cookies of your own
Whether you’re baking at home or dreaming about creating your own bakery-style cookies, this blueprint is designed to help you understand the “why” behind the recipe, not just follow a list of instructions.
