Refund policy
Returns & Refunds
Because our cookies are freshly baked food products, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
We want every Mia’s Panaderia order to arrive in great condition. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at miaspanaderia@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives significantly damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please email us with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Minor breakage, shifting, or cosmetic changes may occasionally occur during shipping and do not necessarily qualify for a replacement or refund.
Shipping Delays
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our direct control. Estimated transit times are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside of our control.
If a shipment is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help determine the appropriate next steps.
Cancellations
Because we purchase ingredients and plan production based on the number of orders received, cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production for your order has begun, we may be unable to cancel or refund the order.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your information carefully before submitting your order. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
Questions
If you have any questions or concerns about your order, contact us at miaspanaderia@gmail.com. We genuinely want you to have a great experience with Mia’s Panaderia and will do our best to help when something goes wrong.
